- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 03, 2020, by Nancy WHad a VERY difficult time 1st getting a tech scheduled to hook up the fireplace & then to actually show up. Tech rescheduled apts 2 times & never called back to reschedule. I had to go to the store & show pictures with date stamps to prove the fireplace was ready for hook up THREE months prior!! I'm still awaiting hook up. All we can do is LOOK at the fireplace since we can't use it.
